I clicked a text phishing link on my iPhone, but did not enter any personal information.

I clicked a text phishing link from my iPhone but did not enter any personal information.


My question is has my information like stored passwords and IP address been compromised just by following the link? It looked like a very legitimate delivery confirmation from USPS.

No, unless you provided information the information your info is not compromised


Still not recommended to follow such links. but you should be fine
