IPhone 11 Pro Max shutting off and on by itself

My IPhone keeps shutting off and “on”. There is no way for me to get into my phone. I’ve tried force quitting it and it still does the same thing. I thought it was updating but it never turns on. It goes from the screen with the logo (pictured) to just a black screen
