You are sharing an Apple ID. You both need your own Apple ID. Then you can use Family Sharing and if she is a minor, use Parental Controls.

If this is too much for you, since they are new phones, you can schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for help.

Immediately stop sharing an Apple ID. Each person, regardless of age, needs her/his own Apple ID.
The person getting a new Apple ID needs to thoroughly cleanse her/his iPhone as follows:

Then that person “moves in” to the like-new iPhone using only material (s)he personally owns.
Family Sharing is an option.
She should have her own Apple ID. Apple IDs should not be shared between different people. Think of Internet IDs as the Internet equivalent of toothbrushes.
You have different telephone numbers. You are sharing the same Apple ID email and Apple ID Password. If you read my response above, I suggested you can schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for help.
We have our own Apple ID numbers and it’s still her phone number is on my phone and I can’t get rid of it
Is there anyway we can go into an Apple store and have them help us person to person?
