Thanks for the update. To verify, are you signed in with the same Apple ID on your Mac that you are on your iPhone? Is your Mac authorized to download these? Take a look at this article to make sure you are attempting to download these correctly:

Also, if you look the songs up directly in the iTunes Store, does it show they are purchased? If so, you can download them directly from there as well.
