Just remember these refunds are a good will gesture. Before you enter into an agreement for a so-called free trial you must read and understand your legal obligations. Part of growing up in the real world. Companies want your money and if they have to trip you up to do it they will.

Yes payment can take 10 days. There is a pandemic. Machines take the payment, real people have to approve refunds. People are in short supply at the moment.
I truly hope so because it was a few days ago. Just noticed that my bank account has a lot less money :/
