nhs 2 email not working on safari

Since NHS email has updated to NHS mail 2, I can't access my inbox on my MAC. iPhone is fine.

I log in fine but the inbox page is blank.

I also can't access Teams through nhs.net on my MAC.

MacBook Air 13″, OS X 10.10

Go step by step and test.


1. Startup in Safe Mode. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

    Select your account and login.

    Test.

    To leave Safe Mode, click and choose “Restart”

    Launch Safari holding the shift key down.


2.Try Private browsing.

3. If Safari doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected
