Callers name not shown only number in latest iOS versison

Just updated to 14.4.2 and now I can only see the callers number and not the names of those in my contacts list. How do I restore this please. Tried lots and still no luck.

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

Just restored contacts from iCloud and still no names only numbers
