Ctrl + Alt + Delete not Working

I just installed windows. When I pressed Control + Option + Delete, It is not working. In VMware Fusion it worked. What do I press for Ctrl + Alt + Delete?

Try Fn+Ctrl+Alt-Delete. Also, check the Keyboard tab in Bootcamp Control Panel.

It was a mistake, I thought Ctrl + Alt + Delete options would work in login window, In desktop, it worked,
