No,it just resets the way your watch measures fitness data,you don't lose anything.
Thank you. In what way does it measure fitness data? Currently my watch ring is not closing completely. It is registering the correct amount of time I work out but the ring is not closing.
If that is happening you are most likely not working hard enough for it to count as exercise.
If walking for example you need to be moving at around a constant 3.3 MPH for it to count.
