Cellular data and calling

my mom isn’t being able to call anyone on her phone, it was fine yesterday and her cellular data isn’t working either. Usually when you turn wifi off or leave the house the LTE symbol is seen in the top right corner and it isn’t anymore. We both have the same carrier and mine is working but hers isn’t. Do you know how to fix her data and calling problem?
