NFC - Freestyle Libra Sensor Not Scanning

I have a Freestyle Libra Sensor for which I have downloaded the Freestyle Libra App but the NFC is clearly not working on my iPhone SE 2020 as it can no longer detect the scanner, and my Apple Pay doesn't work either.

The scanner did work, for about a day or two and then nothing.

I have reset the phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out of Apple ID and logged back in, changed my password, removed my protective case and plastic glass protector, but still it does not work.

I specifically bought the iPhone SE 2020 to help manage my diabetes as the app links directly with my nurse and I don't have to link up to a PC every two weeks to send my scan results. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
