My nephew has returned my iPad however I can't set it up an add it to my include account as it says its still locked to his account. He told me that he has followed the instructions by logging into his iCloud account and in Find My Phone he has removed the iPad from his account but it still says its locked to his account. Can anyone help me sort this out please?
