How can I delete an app from my app library? If I press and hold it does not give me the option to delete.

Hi

Press and hold - tap x - select delete rather than remove. If the delete option is not there, try this:

Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > Allow ON

This is actually what helped me.

If a restriction is set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.
