MBP running very slow some of the time

My wife bought a new MBP 13" 2020 1.4 GHZ quad core i5 8 gb of memory. She runs only a couple apps during the day GoTo for a VOIP and Slack other than that its mostly a lot of Chrome tabs. I noticed that the fan runs a lot on her laptop much more than mine and I do a bit of video editing. When the fan is going she stated that the computer is almost nonresponsive. I started looking into if maybe she have a virus. I ran Clean my Mac and today I ran Bitdefender and Malwarebytes. None of these scans came up with any issues I ran an EtreCheck pro scan today the results are below. Today she started getting a lot of non responsive alerts for AOSPushRelay

During the times when its acting very slow the _WindowsServer in activity monitor can be very high upwards of CPU 75%

Hey there njubrey,

Thanks or checking out the Apple Support Communities. We understand your wife is experiencing some performance issues with her MacBook Pro, and we'd be happy to take a closer look into what's going on.

The first thing that you can check is Activity Monitor. This will let you know if something is using more processing power or memory than normal.

Activity Monitor User Guide - Apple Support

Resetting your SMC and PRAM can also help if you're still experiencing slowness. The SMC is directly responsible for a number of systems that can impact your performance. Resetting the PRAM can help if you're having issues with the Mac taking a long time to start up.

How to Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

If you continue to run into issues after going through those steps, then we'd recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly from this link here: Get Support - Apple

From that link choose Mac > Other Mac Topics > System performance slower than expected. From there you should see a few options to reach out, depending on your location.

We hope that's able to help.

Have a great day!
