If my iPhone was stolen and I have AppleCare can I go inside apple for a replacement?

Applecare doesn't cover lost/stolen items unless you have Applecare with Theft and Loss. If you do then follow the instructions in this document:


File a claim if you have AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage

AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss provides priority access to technical support and hardware coverage for your iPhone. You're also covered for up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling, theft, or loss, each subject to a deductible or service fee.
