Apple took much more money that game show me price for item.

So, I am playing a game Art Of Conquest, from time to time I am buying something which is offered by this game, something like for $0.99, $4.99, or $9.99, sometimes when I am going into rush I may buy something for even $19.99... When I last time bought for $19.99 very very valuable bundle I get a message from my bank account that I charged for $52.94... I like to buy something in games but not for $52.94... So I opened "Latest Transaction" and find out that I have nothing like $0.99 or $4.99 or even $9.99 here... Everything is bigger... How this works? Why my $19.99 become $52.94?
