Hey Serhily224,
I am not exactly sure how to fix this without more info but have some suggestions and guesses.
First, you need to make sure your Mac/computer and iTunes are both up to date. If not, it could be seeing a bad connection. If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
Next, this page has different links and instructions depending on the exact error code you are seeing. iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support
If the instructions for the code do not helper you do not see a corresponding code. Try using recovery mode on the iPhone. This will require you to plug in (incase you're restring from iCloud). If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you are still having issue after all of this you will want to contact Apple Support for assistance. They are very helpful for live assistance when open.
I hope you find this helpful,
-Scott (he, him, his)
