I can’t finish transferring information from my old IPhone 7 to my new iPhone XS

Hello, I can’t finish transferring information from my old IPhone 7 to my new iPhone XS, I bought it from my friend and it is good phone has been used about two years. Everything goes well at first, until the moment when new phone ask about the display working changing and after confirmation fallows the fail and it is possible only delete the phone and start all process again. I changed my Iphones many times in this way this error the first time with me. Could you help me, please?
