New Emails on my new iphone 12 has old signature which was created for old iphone 7

Hello everyone,

My iPhone mail signature reverts to an old one which was set many years ago.

Currently I am using iphone 12 but the signature says "sent from my iphone 7" which i had set 2 years ago.

PS : I went to Authorized apple service center and transferred all my data from old phone to new phone

Please help me with my issue.
