Some unknown people added my number to their group text which is I don’t know them. Seen the text created by an unknown, I want to remove myself out of it but the phone doesn’t has the option, can anyone help?

If the group contains people using SMS (green bubbles), you cannot remove yourself. You will need to block each member of the group.
