Cursor freezing on macbook air I have a MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2017)

I'm having almost daily instances in which the trackpad cursor freezes on my MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2017) running Big Sur V11.2.3. I shave to shut down multiple times sometimes before it will work. 

I ran an EtreCheckPro version: 6.4.3 (6E010) analysis and the only thing that stands out to me is a High CPU use of photoanalysisd - High CPU Use (12 times).

Am I on the wrong track? Suggestions?
