suspicious of Terminal app running

I opened up my MacBook Pro to find my Terminal window open with the following in it:

---

Last login: Sun Apr 18 15:23:55 on console

The default interactive shell is now zsh.

To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`.

I did not login in to Terminal on April 18. Have I been hacked? If so, how do I rectify this? I changed the password for my MacBook Pro and I ran MalwareBytes Premium. Also checked the apps in Finder and found nothing suspicious.

I got on the Malwarebytes forum and one of their staff gave me the answer I wanted to hear--"The message in your screenshot is entirely normal, and not anything to indicate that your machine has been hacked or otherwise of concern. I cannot say how the Terminal app opened, but there are all kinds of ways that could happen accidentally."
