suspicious of Terminal app running

I got on the Malwarebytes forum and one of their staff gave me the answer I wanted to hear--"The message in your screenshot is entirely normal, and not anything to indicate that your machine has been hacked or otherwise of concern. I cannot say how the Terminal app opened, but there are all kinds of ways that could happen accidentally."

Sea116, I didn't add it as a login item. Thanks for the idea though. Perhaps it opens when the OS is upgraded? Or maybe I left it open from way back when Microsoft had me use it to give them a system log (when trying to troubleshoot my dysfunctional Outlook search).
