My computer was running incredibly slow so I did a quick Google search and came to the conclusion that I should re-install the operating system. I was running Big Sur (on an older computer) but when I went to reinstall it would only reinstall to Maverick. I did so and now I can't upgrade any further which, among other things, won't even let my mouse scroll vertically. Help?
