Voice Memo App - Accidentally Deleted

iPhone 4 running iOS 10.3.4 voice memo app was accidentally deleted. This is the native app. Re downloaded native app and all voice memos are gone. I have no backup in the cloud, or iTunes. Is there a way to recover all the voice memos that were associated with the app prior to deletion?
