How do I request a refund for subscription purchase last night in iTunes store? It is unused and cannot be used for th reason purchased.

I purchased Authenticator App from iTunes Store last night in hopes of regaining control of my hacked Verified Instagram account.

Unfortunately, since I am unable to access my account -- i cannot use the Authenticator App. How do I get a refund?
