Omg!! What is this big black up arrow icon and why does it keep showing up?

apple support! I am at a breaking point with this large up arrow in a black square icon with rounded edges. It appears randomly on my new iPad Pro and won’t go away until I do a hard restart. It is not location services, it is not gps, I have not recently changed my wallpaper and I am not using Bluetooth. The icon does nothing if you press it, you can’t move it to a different location, and whether I have iPad in landscape or portrait the black box is always in top right corner, and directly in the way of other things I need to access in the top right corner of the screen. I can’t do a hard restart when I’m in the middle of a zoom meeting or doing a screen record! Just tell me please what this is so I can make it go away
