Apple Music Playlist
Hi. When I was younger I deleted the default 25 most played playlist as at the time I thought it was useless. Is there anyway I can get that back( not literally 25 MOST PLAYED but 25 MOST FREQUENT)??

There is a way to do it with a computer:
Restore Original Smart Playlists - Apple Community
You can then sync your iPhone to your computer:
Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support
Or if you need to, perhaps you can adapt it to your iPhone.

but I doubt it.
