Why I'm being charge for something I did not purchase?

Dear apple, I would like to know there’s a transaction of $149 from my bank my account and I did not purchase anything from apple. Hence, I don’t provide my bank details to apple. I’ve check with my bank and it say my money was hold by apple because of a transaction. I remembered that I don’t purchase anything from apple.
