My Launchpad disappeared

Question

Help, I can't make Launchpad go back into the DOC on my desktop?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

1, Open finder

2, Press Applications

3, Drag Launchpad back to Dock

If launchpad wont open, follow these steps

1, Go to finder

2, Use find folder (Shift, Cmd, G)

3, Copy and paste "~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist" into search bar (without ")

4, delete the com.apple.dock.plist

5, restart your computer
