i do not have a "forgot password option" My ipad is updated to iPadOS 14.4.2 We have 9 failed attempts and would like to unlock screen time. Any help is appreciated.

If you're on a device being managed through Family Sharing, you won't have those options.

If you're not in Family Sharing and are on an iPad managed by another organization, check with the IT group managing your iPad. There'll usually be profiles installed on a managed iPad.
