iPhone 11 does not support e-sim

My iPhone 11, but I cannot connect an e-SIM, when I scan the QR-code to connect and use the services of a mobile operator to use the E-SIM, a notification appears that my phone does not support. in the settings section, too, I can not choose a mobile operator.

really di my phone doesn't support e-sim? Or can I configure to use the E-SIM? Are there any ways to resolve this issue?
