Kindly assist, i am in Botswana, Africa. i managed to reset my apple ID and password now i forgot the answers to security questions. please help

Try using Apple's iForgot service.


If it says they don't have sufficient information, you need to contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here or here and pick a method; if you can't use any of those listed, choose one from this link.

Get Support          Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may have to pick a slightly different problem.

Based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.
