Just started getting black pictures when taking pictures

Can I get some help with regard to why my iPhone 12 has started showing black screens instead of the picture when a picture is taken? And does the @live functionality have anything to do with this bug as I turn @live off for my pics? Seems like a new phone would not glitch like this and I am regretting my iPhone 12 purchase
