cant get connected to icloud.com

having probs getting connected to icloud.com keeps coming up icloud enecountered an error while connecting to server

Server error updating iCloud I recently updated my OS and have since gotten a notice for the new terms and conditions agreement for the iCloud. I've read the terms but when I click on "I Agree" the agreement isn't accepted as I get the following error message "iCloud could not be activated because of a server error. Please try again." I have tried again about a dozen times without success. Any suggestions?
