Finding iPhone backup on computer

I had an iPhone 6 that was dying. Fortunately it was backed up on my computer while we were trying to diagnose whether it was worth fixing. I decided to buy a iPhone SE. Want to get backup to my new phone--problem, can't find the backup on computer.

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Are you looking for the backup on your computer through iTunes?

Backup location

For Windows PC:- \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
For Mac:- ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

/MobileSync/ is not a folder that exists anywhere I can find. To my knowledge, iTunes no longer exists (MacOS 11.1).
