My iPhone says that its storage is full. iCloud is almost empty, I've paid for the subscription on time. What's wrong?

That message is regarding your phones physical storage. you probably need to offload some of your pictures to iCloud to free up some space on your phone. Deleting unused apps also helps clear up storage. Unfortunately, you cannot purchase more iPhone storage as it is a physical part of your phone.
