Medical Dictation for Mac

Hello, I am desperately in search of medical dictation software that is compatible with my MacBook Air. I am operating on the up to date MacOS Big Sur and Dragon dictation no longer works with Mac as of a couple of years ago. The built-in Mac dictation software is not sufficient for medical dictation. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you!
