For the scanner to work when it stops working after an OS upgrade, it is necessary to go to your vendor's web site and download a newer scanner app that is compliant with your new OS. Since you have provided us with no information, there is nothing further that we can offer at this time.

After the latest upgrade I was able to upload the software for the scanner/printer and everything is working great.
