My phone says it’s updated but it’s only updated to 12.5.2. Number 2 it won’t give me password to get into apps like Instagram and Spotify

Your signature says you have iPhone 6s, but it's more likely you have iPhone 6, which cannot be updated past iOS 12.5.2.
Go to Settings > General > About > Model and tell us what it says.
Your phone won't give you your passwords for 3rd party apps like Instagram and Spotify. You should have noted your passwords for those accounts somewhere. If you need help with them, you need to contact the App Developers for Instagram and Spotify. No one here, nor Apple can help you with passwords.
