I cant get robo call to deactivate.please help

No you don’t understand what I am saying. The subscription is cancelled. However I didn’t know it also had to be deactivate from the call forwarding from robokiller. Even though the subscription is cancelled it still goes there and I’m missing all kinds of important calls. They gave me a number to call to deactivate it but it will not work. I am frustrated beyond belief as they essentially hijacked my phone.
Go to Settings/Phone/Call Blocking & Identification and turn off the switch for the call blocker.
