my screen does not work, but the phone still works, however the apple technician said the phone can not be fixed, however i need to delete the phone for my confidential info
how do i do it if i can see the screen. i put a delete my device on find my, but is waiting for the phone to connect to network, how do i do that with out screen

It would be the same as if the device was lost. See the steps in this link on using iCloud for that purpose:
