Are you using a VPN (Virtual Private Network)? If so, then that may be the case here.

Wait it Out:

Have you just powered on your iPhone? If so, it may take a few for it to show up where it should be seen.

Your public IP address is entirely controlled by your internet or cellular provider. You cannot change it, and its reported location is in no way guaranteed to be correct.
