Water resistance in my iphone

If I get a battery replacement done on my iPhone 11 will it affect the water resistance or have issues with the screen?

As long as you get the battery replacement for your iPhone 11 done through Apple or an official Apple Authorized Service Provider they will also replace the seal that attaches the display with a fresh factory seal to preserve the water resistance.
