Virus Alert on my calendar

I was on my phone and out of the blue an alert from my calendar saying that I had 27 viruses appear and it took me to a link wich I click by mistake and now I don’t know what to do cuz I know we’re are not supposed to click on those link btw the link took me to an app to delete the viruses
