Recover data on the MacBook.

I accidentally deleted my data on MacBook 2019 and want to restore it. I don't have a backup on the TimeMachine, so it's not available. I bought the Wondershare Recoverit software, but the software cannot scan my folders because of the Apple T2 security chip. The following message is always displayed: "Your Mac is equipped with the Apple T2 Security Chip. Files in the APFS file system cannot be scanned."

I have already disabled my System Integrity Protection and FileVault, but I still did not succeed.

How can I scan these folders?

With the iBoysoft Data Recovery software, they want a password for my encrypted APFS partition.

Where do I get this password from?

About Startup Security Utility - unless you can into Recovery Mode and enable Booting from External Drive - the data maybe be gone forever.
