Hi, I receive Apple News newsletters to an old email address and I want to update the email address. I don't have the option to unselect newsletter in my Apple ID page, anyone had a similar issue?

Thanks for clarifying that, Andy. That is one of Apple's email addresses. When you click the 'click here' link at the bottom of that second screenshot, that is the spot where you would go to make these adjustments. What you will want to do is Unsubscribe from the newsletter, then Resubscribe by signing into appleid.apple.com. If you are redirected, you would need to sign in with the previous Apple ID you used that was tied to the email you no longer wish to use. Once you signed into the Apple ID website with your current ID, you will see a section titled Subscriptions and you can choose any of the available options for newsletters, announcements, apps, music, TV, etc.

Let us know if we can be of further assistance. Take care!

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are looking for help changing the email address used for an Apple subscription. We definitely understand that having the emails go to the wrong account can be a concern and we'd love to help.

Have you verified that your Apple ID is for the current email address? You can change the email address associated with your Apple ID:

Hello again, Andy. We'd be happy to clarify a bit further for you. Apple Insider is not an Apple company, though they do report on Apple-related topics. We're unable to assist with updating your email address for their newsletter.

Just in case, are you referring to the Apple Newsroom? Or possibly Apple News+? Both of those would be tied with your Apple ID. If not, it sounds like your best bet would be to reach out to the Apple Insider team for help adjusting your subscription preferences.

Thanks again for reaching out to us today and have a lovely rest of your day.

Hi and thanks for your reply, no my Apple ID email ......@me.com is used for my Apple ID and I receive my email no problem. The issue is I receive appleinsider info emails to an old Hotmail account which I used years ago. I can’t even unsubscribe because it takes me to the Apple ID sign in page and then I don’t have the option to change email etc for the news subscription, I removed the Hotmail address from my account years ago.
