can I use the "Hide My Email" address to change an existing email for a newsletter?

I've been using one "me.com" email address for shopping and newsletters. Can I go to the "account settings" of these websites and change my email address using my new "Hide My Email" address, or can I only use the HME for establishing new accounts.

As long as you are making a change to an existing account, you should be able to update your email address using Hide My Email.
