What is this folder?? e4c7 ??? It is a system folder I know because of the red line on it -- but what is it??? It popped up in my options to save a document menu -- specifically the last 5 folders I had saved things to... I didn't save anything to it or any other system folder... I am NOT that tech savvy...

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
