I don’t know why but I got an $86 charge on my account today from Apple, and one for 1099 last week and I do not understand why I’m getting charged I want this refunded to me

I am receiving charges on my account and I don’t know how it’s happening last week I received one for 1099 in today for like $86 and some change

iPhone 11, iOS 14

ok, the amounts were 10.79 on 3/29/21 and 86.39 today, I went to the link and it only shows.99 cent charges, I would like to be reimbursed for these charges.
