As far as I can tell from the Fujitsu ScanSanp S300 download page, it was targeted to Windows 2000 -> 8.1, and there appear to be no Mac drivers or supporting software present. This scanner is supported without any Fujitsu software or drivers by the paid, VueScan Professional scanning software. You can download and try this software prior to a purchase decision.
